Firmware Upgrade Version 2.5.1 Important Notes: On the device's System Status page, note the current firmware version. This upgrade is ONLY for Zoom V3 5577/5577F VoIP devices that have Firmware Version VoIP1_2.2.2_V3-SP-xx(-Fx) or earlier (please do not confuse this with the Showtime Firmware Version). In some cases, you may need to reset the device to factory default settings. This may be necessary if errors occur during the device's configuration. For this reason, it is recommended that you write down or take screenshots of any changes you have made to the device's configuration pages. The Firmware Image (2.5.1-V3-SP-xx-F.DLF) must be loaded first followed by the Boot file (B2.5.1.DLF), as explained in the included ReadMe document.
